Distributor Agreement

Section I: Acceptance of the Agreement
Welcome to the ROI Unlimited business. Please read the ROI Unlimited Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and ROI Pay it Forward Terms and the Compensation Plan carefully. Collectively the ROI Unlimited Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Compensation Plan are referred to as the "Distributor Agreement". You may choose to accept or decline after reviewing the Distributor Agreement carefully.

Section II: E-Sign Notice- Consent to Electronic Record
E-Sign, the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.G 7001, et seq.), requires that you consent to entering into an electronic agreement with ROI Unlimited before a ROI Unlimited Distributor Agreement can be executed.

Please read the following information carefully:

• If you enter into an online Distributor Agreement with ROI Unlimited, you will not be required to submit a paper application. An electronic record will evidence the entire agreement between you and ROI Unlimited. However, you must consent to the use of an electronic record and must read the ROI Unlimited Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and ROI Pay it Forward Terms and the Compensation Plan, and electronically acknowledge below that you have read these documents.

• To access these documents and submit your online Distributor Application, you will need a personal computer or Mac with Internet access and operational Internet browser software (e.g., Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox).
